flooding and roadway maintenance • Conveyance System, Flood Control, and Water Quality
– Sanitary Sewer Service • Area is primarily served by septic tanks • Joined with Escambia County on project to add sanitary
sewer collection system. – Roadway Improvements
• Roadway reconstruction and resurfacing • Curb and gutter; primary for Northeast Phase • Shallow roadside shoulder swales where practical

Project Schedule
• Permits – Applied for FDEP and ACOE Permits April 2015
• Design – 90% Construction Plans May 2015, Phase 1 – 100% Construction Plans August 2015
• Construction – Solicit Bids September 2015 – Construction Start January 2016
• Beach Haven NE Phase 2 expected in 2020 pending funding
