On the Way Out and UpAll o us who are adults
know what it is like
to leave our houses
or awhile. Whenever
Janet and I would go
on vacation some yearsago, she continued her
practice o keeping a
spotlessly clean and
tidy house. Kristin and I
would leave the house frst with the luggage
while Janet created perect vacuum tracks
angling in just the right direction as she
backed out o the house! When I became
impatient, she reminded me about how
good it was to eventually return home to
a clean, ordered house. As more children
arrived, the vacuum tracks gave way to
simply turning on the alarm, locking the
doors, and resetting the air conditioning.
The house is still clean! Many o you will be
returning to your northern homes soon.
Beore you leave, may I suggest that youtake care o a little spiritual business.
Please complete a special Information
Update Card which is being distributed
over the next two weeks. We are seeking
to update our records o members and
attenders. We would like to keep you better
inormed. While you are hearing muchabout the national census, remember that
we do not have e.s.p. and that God says
to us on the sta, I do not want you to be
ignorant, brethren (1 Corinthians 12:1).
I you are considering membership at First
Baptist Church, I urge you to join as a dual
member beore you leave. We will notnotiy your northern church, but you will
have a spiritual home here in sunny Florida.
As we oten say, though the church seems
large, it shrinks when you get involved. O
course, we urge you to also join a Bible
and Lie Group even i you will not be here
much longer.
I you have not been baptized in water
ollowing salvation, during this weekend
you can observe all that Jesus commanded
(Matthew 28:19-20). Our Beach Baptism
service is one o the most blessed events
o the year. I will personally baptize eachperson who comes and wants me to lower
them into the waters, picturing Christs
symbolic work or and in us.
Beore you leave town, be sure to share the
gospel with that unsaved riend in your
condo unit or neighborhood. Because o
the uncertainty o lie and the urgency o
Christs calling, this may be the last time
that they will hear how to prepare or
eternity. Without ail, each year we say
goodbye to people that we will never see
again in this world.
Beore you go back, give back to the Lord
through His church or our building und
Join the Journey. We greatly needcash gits beore June in order to pay the
promised amount to SunTrust Bank.
Too many o Gods people would rather
be a pool than a ountain. Just dig a deep
hole and you can have a pool o water even
though it might be stagnate. However, God
has called our church to be like a amiliareature o the community o Fountain
Hills near where I grew up in Arizona. In
the middle o the desert, people can see
the 560-oot ountain which is shot alot,
constantly powered by three 600-horse
power pumps. No one can see a pool at a
distance. While you are up north, remember
that we are still involved in sharing thewater o lie that reaches all over the
world. Keep your ountain owing as well
wherever you go on the way out and up!

What In the World Is Going On? 10 Prophetic Clues You Cannot Choose To IgnoreTeacher: Mary Ann Tindall Author: Dr. David Jeremiah Tues./Wed.Israel, oil, the European Union, Islam; every day the media reports on these flashpoint issues, but
they almost never put them into the context of the Biblical end times. How they relate to each otherand how they relate to the last days are more important than isolated stories containing them as
elements, but what does the finished puzzle look like? Combining all these with Biblical themes of
the Rapture, the Antichrist and Armageddon, the author singles out ten issues relevant to the end of
history as we know it, and weaves them together to illustrate a framework for the future.
