DDK Foundation is an independent, non-profit and democratic body for the members of this community. DDK Foundation will provide funding mechanism for DDK's community and to attract users by enhancing and to grow open digital services. The fund will be provided for an open and sustainable platform for the developers to develop, deliver and enhance the services, while the community will benefit by gaining knowledge of blockchain technology by attending education from training events.

The fund will be created to establish fair and transparent process related to the management, membership, the rewards, rules, and legal matters. Foundatoin will provide support for the maintenance and improvement of DDK.

DDK's community will be given a chance to start up any project for the improvement of DDK. Grant will be provided to those selected proposals which are based on excellent ideas in blockchain technology and DDK platform. The fund will be created through transparent procedures and process upon request by the members of the community. The Foundation will hold an event for the members to meet the founder for Q&A. The event will benefit members to meet, socialize and share opinion with each other.

Community-Centric

Foundation will be funded to promote DDK, to educated the public about blockchain technology and to ensure them to understand and create awareness on the importance of this Foundation. This is in order to achieve the missions and goals. The foundation will also fund the research for DDK by working with a team to test new ways to participate in the ecosystem.

DDK Foundation is a registered body corporate that was established by DDK founder team (https://ddkoin.com/#team) to hold with the objective of managing these assets for the benefit of all DDK Community. With the creativity, innovation, determination, native intelligence, and a sense of fearlessness of our Master Founder, has generate the idea to developed DDK Platform by using the Delegates Proof of Stake (DPoS) protocol for the benefit of DDK Community. DDK Master Founder will clearly and firmly guides the DDK Management team in making effective decisions about the DDK Foundation future.

Founder

DDK Management team is the one that will be responsible on managing the activities that will carried out in DDK Foundation. Any project that requires funding from the DDK Foundation should send a complete proposal to the team first for evaluation process. DDK Management team will be decide on the amount of fund that will allocate for a project. All project that was funded by DDK Foundation will be supervise by DDK Management team until the project successful as planned and can run on its own to ensure that there was no misleading and misinterpretation of the funds given.

AdvisorAdvisor is a person that was appointe by DDK Management with more and deeper knowledge in a specific area

and usually includes perons with cross-functional and multidisciplinary expertise. The role of advisor in DDK Foundation is to provide information, support, coaching, advice and guidance towards the movement of every

project in DDK Foundation in order to make sure all projects in DDK Foundation will be going smoothly, company has decided to establish advisory board for them.

Advisory Board is a body that provides non-binding strategic advice and consultation on important decisions to the DDK Foundation. The main reason to create an advisory board is to seek expertise outside of the company. Advisory board members should provide the company with knowledge, understanding and strategic thinking of

the industry. The informal nature of an advisor board gives graeter flexibility in structure and management compared to the board of directors.

The Advisor Board can also raise their own issues or suggestions to the DDK Foundation. The scope of what the Advisory Board discusses and how it organizes is a work in progress.

ContributorsContributors is one of allocation in DDK Foundation that provide funding mechanism for anyone that interested

to contribute for DDK community. DDK Foundation will only fund any potential project that involve with technology, blockchain or crypto that has innovative ideas as sustainable approaches to supporting our

community. By providing the fund, it will give encouragement towards people to develop their innovative ideas and embark on revolutionary projects that will change the DDK community for the better. The fund will be

distributed through transparent procedures and process upon request. To apply for the fund, one must follow the standard process flow that have been set by DDK Foundation team. DDK Foundation do not fund running

costs or continuation of existing and ongoing project.

1. Plan to establish a project for DDK and needed fund from DDK

3. PIC will review the proposal. It will then pass to Foundation Unit

for deeper evaluation

5. User need to presenting their idea and planning to Foundation

4. Foundation Unit will evaluate the proposal. Potential proposal will be called for presentation

evaluation.

7. User will receive the fund that they request based on amount that approve by DDK Team and

proceed with the project

8. User need to send feedback report about the project to

Foundation Unit to make sure the fund allocated is monitored and

to avoid misleading for the benefits of community

Bounty ProgramThe bounty programs are carried out before the actual ICO. They are usually done to get the buzz going and to

give the cryptocurrency project an improved presence on social media platforms. It is all about creating awareness for the cryptocurrency ICO and to get the word-of-mouth going. The framework is such that informal advertising channels are utilized to increase market penetration. The aim of such bounties is that as participants
