ANJ VERA

Anj is the CEO of TalentView, an employer branding company with operations across the ASEAN region. She has a decade of experience in designing human capital strategies and implementing HR technology platforms and is also the author of 'Rethink Recruitment.'

Beginning her career in talent acquisition, Anj saw the need to think differently to tackle everyday people management issues by establishing stronger relationships across the talent lifecycle and refocusing value towards effective employer branding strategy, design and technology.

Anj has been invited to speak at several conferences on the topic of employer branding, including the HR Tech Tank in Hong Kong and Recruitment Asia in Malaysia. Her insights on talent branding and talent management have also been featured on ANC and Inc. Southeast Asia. She graduated with distinction from the Level 1 Employer Brand Leader program of Employer Branding College, Australia and is an MBA graduate of De La Salle University.

Outside of work, Anj is an avid traveler and underwater photographer. She aims to photograph rare marine life to encourage conservation efforts.

Grace is the Chief Empowerment Officer of Vision et Agir Management Consultancy, Inc., a boutique consulting firm specializing in end-to-end customized people and business solutions.

Grace enjoyed a nearly 20-year career which began in the academe as an English teacher (while running her own events management company from the age of 19!) before making the jump into the corporate arena. Starting out as a Recruitment Supervisor with Unilever Philippines, she then moved up in various roles with esteemed companies such as Levi Strauss Philippines, Shell International, Globe Telecom, Nestle Philippines, and Convergys.

With a desire to go back to her entrepreneurial roots, Grace founded V+A while also building another global business in partnership with the world’s premier metabolic health science company.

Known to wear many hats, Grace is an HR Guru, life coach, business and career strategist, and a wellness advocate. She is also an in-demand image consultant and one of the most engaging public speakers in the circuit today.
