    Conclusion

    The speech gave a feeling of belongingness and connectedto the audience

    Large mass was convinced.

    The speaker Mr. Y C Deveshwar have been heard since1996 and the same enthusiasm was seen in his delivery.

    He was easy to hear, loud and soft variations were usedappropriately.

    The pace hardly varied and it slow enough to beunderstandable

    Some pauses were used to aid understandability, heightenexcitement, and provide drama while emphasizing on thegrowth and achievement of the company.
