Learning outcomes
By the end of Session 1, Formadores will be better able to:• Set up the training room in a way that facilitates learning.• Discuss and understand the reasons why NEPBE English lessons include variety of interaction patterns in English lessons. Use an authentic text and, in small groups, plan a lesson which includes a variety of interaction patterns to optimize the quality of the learning experience.

a. Draw a quick picture of the training room in your Workbook and highlight the different elements of the room – furniture, door, windows, etc.
• Discuss positive and negative elements of the space.

b. Now draw a quick picture of your classroom at school. Again, highlight the different elements of the room –furniture, door, windows, etc. c. Say if the furniture can be moved or not.d. Leave your drawing on view. Walk around the room and look for a similar drawing to yours. Sit down with that person. De. Decide together on possible improvements.
