Hi, I am Tony Muraco, the ChiefOperating Officer at Duro Dyne.In the way of background, Istarted my career in Operationsand was fortunate enough tohave worked for companies thatprovided me with variousopportunities and experiencespreparing me for the positions Ihave held prior to coming toDuro Dyne. My most recent positions included;VP/GM, President & COO, and most recently asCEO of a commercial window and door manufac-turing company on Long Island, NY. It was duringthose assigments that I was responsible for all func-tions of the company, as well as the companies’Profit & Loss statement and improvements withineach function. It is my belief that those experienceswill be helpful to me in executing my responsibili-ties here. I am a "realistic optimist" and am bullishon Duro Dyne's future. With the products and thetalent we have in the company, we should be anunstoppable force in the market. We have the bestValue Proposition in the industry which starts withquality products and includes innovative engineering,
excellent customer support, a Five Star program, anoperations group dedicated to excellence andsuperior supporting functions within Duro Dyne. This is what makes us highly distinctive from ourcompetition and this is the value that is vital for ourcustomers to be aware of.
I have been here for three months and I am stillamazed at the length of service so many of youhave within the company. It is great to know thereis still a business in America where that can bedone. It is a testament to our founder MiltonHinden, and now Randy Hinden and family, that
such loyalty exists between thecompany and the individual. The amount of experience andproduct knowledge resident atDuro Dyne is also impressive.
On the personal side, I amblessed to have a wonderfulwife and two great sons. Wehave lived in a number ofplaces: Massachusetts, NewHampshire, Maine and NewYork - NY being our definitefavorite. We were boaters forthe first 10 out of the 12 yearswe lived here, and there is noth-ing like the Long Island Soundand all it has to offer to a boat-ing family. Taking the boat toMontauk, NY or New York City
was always a weekend wellspent and full of fun.....but now, I am having a loveaffair with my Harley Davidson....yes, I know Idon't look the type, but trust me, I don't ride in asuit and tie. I also enjoy teaching and currentlyteach a recurring four day business course for theSmall Business Administration.
On a final note, I am pleased and excited to bepart of a company that has such a rich history andrecord of innovation and success. I know you allshare my enthusiasm and commitment to DuroDyne, continuing on the path that Milton Hindenset us on so many years ago.
Please feel free to stop by or call me wheneveryou need to. It will always be my pleasure to seeyou.
