*H Bauer Publishing Brands

* H Bauer brands include women's weekly and TV listings magazines; namely Bella, Take a Break, that's life! TV Choice and Total TV Guide as well as a number of puzzle magazines

* Bella - In 1987 Bella was H Bauer's first venture into publishing in the UK. Bella sought to make an impact in the UK magazine market by mixing previously unseen real-life editorial with the classic elements more traditionally associated with women's magazines such as fashion and beauty, cookery and practical home features

* Take a Break and that's life! - In 1990, H Bauer gained attention with the launch of Take a Break magazine. Take a Break sits in the true life market of the women's weekly sector and quickly became market leader with an ABC audited circulation of over one million sales.

* Q - Q started out as a music magazine published monthly in the United Kingdom. Originally it was to be called Cue (named after the act of cueing a record to play), but the name was changed so that it wouldn't be mistaken for a snooker magazine. Founders Mark Ellen and David Hepworth felt the music press of the time ignored a generation of older music buyers who were buying CDs from artists such as Paul Simon, Level 42, and Dire Straits.

*Modelled after Rolling Stone, Q was first published in 1986, setting itself apart from much of the other music press with monthly production and higher standards of photography and printing, with an emphasis on style.

* Kerrang! - Kerrang! is a brand that specialises in Rock Music. It originally began as a magazine and in 2004 Kerrang Radio was launched.

*Bauer Radio

* The Bauer network is divisible into two main groups, the Bauer Place and Bauer Passion units, with Place consisting of locally focused services primarily broadcast on FM/AM and local digital platforms, and Passion consisting of national and quasi-national music-genre services delivered nationally and quasi-nationally through digital and in some areas analogue platforms.

* Bauer Place - Most stations are AM sister stations of Place Network, originally set up as their 'Gold' counterpart (e.g. for Radio City, Radio City Gold) when all stations were forced by the Radio Authority to stop simulcasting on both FM and AM in the late 1980s, before being rebranded as 'Magic' when the main station was bought by Bauer.

* Bauer Passion - Kiss plays predominantly rhythmic (dance/urban) music. The East and West versions of Kiss were previously SRH-owned Vibe stations. The three services now simulcast most programming content (from London), though retain the ability to split off where needed, including for local advertising and news bulletins
