We are a USA Swimming Program. As such, all partici-pants in our competitive swim program must be USASwimming members. If you did not participate in either theFall 2011 Session or the Winter 2012 Session, in additionto our Summer registration fees, you will need to purchasea Seasonal USA Membership for $36. Please see coach-es for details. USA meet fees are $4.00-$5.00 per event,plus an $11.00 surcharge per meet. These fees are inaddition to, and not included in our LAC registration fees.

SENIOR CITIZENS: Senior citizens 62 years of age or older may request a 15%discount on classes (excluding one- and two-night classes and all trips) but must pay 100%of any lab or materials fee.

REFUND POLICY: Full refunds are paid if your class is cancelled due to insufficientenrollment. If you cancel five or more working days prior to the first class meeting, yourmoney will be refunded minus a $5.00 processing fee. If you cancel less than 5 working daysin advance prior to the first class meeting your money will be refunded, minus a $5.00 pro-cessing fee and any direct class costs incurred (e.g., supplies, food, etc.). No refunds will bepaid after a class begins. Refunds will be sent directly to your home. Please allow 2-4 weeksprocessing time. No refunds on trips unless a replacement is found.

SCHOOL CLOSINGS: When the Lakeview School District classes are canceled,Community Education classes and activities are also cancelled. We encourage participantsto listen to their local radio station or call our office at 565-2415 for updated information.Classes will be rescheduled as time permits.
