Service to support their exit strategy. • The aim of the Family Matters steering group
is to recruit, train and support volunteers to work with families with multiple and complex needs.

Family Matters– Timeline
• Pilot to start mid/end July (10 weeks)• Training through the early autumn months• Start to work with families in November• Regular meetings of the Family Matters Steering Group
and the Project Group for 10 in 100 • By October results in from the People Pilot and Quality
Assurance feedback• Celebrate launch of main project in November
