HISTORY & LOCATION In 1945, Nebraska Christian College opened its doors in Norfolk, Nebraska. For sixty years, NCC served Christ and His church from this location. However, an unprecedented vision became reality when Nebraska Christian College relocated its ministry from Norfolk to Papillion, part of the Omaha metro area. Since 2006, the Omaha area has provided NCC students a multiplicity of ways to put their studies into practice. Overlooking the Omaha skyline, our new campus spans 80 acres of land and includes more than 60,000 square feet of classrooms, dorm suites, a student center, cafeteria and offices. There are also two four-plex apartment buildings which were built in the fall of 2007 for married students. In the fall of 2011 we opened our newest building, Sapp Brother’s Memorial Ministry Equipping Center which features a 500 seat auditorium, technology lab, preaching lab, coffee lounge, and additional classroom space. Ranked #5 in Money Magazine’s Annual “Best Places to Live,” Papillion is a thriving community with a variety of opportunities for our students. Close to the campus is a park which provides opportunities for walking, biking, and fishing. A short distance away is a new outdoor shopping area with a variety of stores and restaurants. Just a couple miles away, students can catch a game at Werner Park, the new home of the Omaha Stormchasers. Sapp Brother’s Memorial Ministry Equipping Center NCC Nebraska Christian College

The programs of study at Nebraska Christian College primarily focus on offering college-level programs of study that are oriented for those interested in vocational ministry. NCC recognizes, however, that many people seek a Bible College education that will equip them to have a more effective witness within their local communities and within their local church. NCC’s vision, consequently, is to provide each student, regardless of their intentions, with exceptional education and training.

To fulfill this vision, Nebraska Christian College offers programs of study that are flexible enough to fit any individual. Bachelor degree programs (four year) are designed for the person who desires intensive training in the Bible and an area of specialized ministry. Associate degree programs (two-year) and the Bible Certificate (one-year) are designed for those who desire an understanding of biblical truths, but plan to continue with a program of study unavailable at NCC.

Mentored MinistryMentored Ministry is a partnership between

area churches and Nebraska Christian College whose purpose is to provide students a mentoring relationship designed to nurture personal spiritual growth and professional ministerial development. We believe that effective mentoring relationships follow the model set by Jesus and provide students the opportunity to receive the best education possible—high quality classroom instruction combined with spiritual and professional mentoring from established leaders.

AthleticsThe college is a member of the Midwest

Christian College Conference and the Association of Christian College Athletics. College teams compete in men's basketball, women's basketball, and women's volleyball.

One Price, No SurprisesFor incoming students, Nebraska Christian

College offers a “One Price” model. This guarantees students will be charged the same price for tuition, room and board, and mandatory fees in subsequent years as in their entering year.

This price is locked in for students who attend

continuously, full-time, and live in the college’s housing. The price guaranteed is for up to eight semesters of continuous enrollment. The “One Price” for students who enter the 2012-2013 school year $9,250 per semester. This one price plan includes tuition of 12-16 credit hours, room and board, and all mandatory fees. That price covers everything except the cost of special program fees and books.

NCC Financial Aid There are three types of monies students

can receive from NCC: Scholarships, Awards, and Grants. These are stackable, meaning a student can receive up to one scholarship, one award, and any of our grants. Students who meet multiple criteria for scholarships will be awarded at the highest level of scholarship, but only one scholarship per student will be given. Similarly, only one award will be given per student. All students would be eligible to add the travel grant if they meet the criteria for that grant.
