NIGHT ELECTRONICS (M) SDN BHD was

incorporated in 1996 to provide outsourcing

services in the Information Technology (IT) and

Information & Communication Technology (ICT)

industry to local establishments with priority given to the

Government and Corporate sectors.

From a humble beginning of its initial operations with

less than 10 staff, Night Electronics has expanded

tenfold over the years and today, Night Electronics has

acquired its very own branches nationwide including in

Sabah and Sarawak.

Registered with the Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) and

Ministry of Finance (Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia)

with Bumiputra status, Night Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is

wholly owned and fully operated by bumiputras,

providing services mainly to various Government and

Corporate sectors.

Providing the best in IT & ICT services at a wide range

of budget requirements has always been the main

factor in being chosen to conduct several medium

and large-scale contracts on the supply and

maintenance of computer equipment. As a business-

driven, customer-oriented & engineering-based local

Helpdesk System to manage fault notifications from customers very

systematically. We entertain when it comes to providing our clients with

the best value and quality in services.

The On-Line Helpdesk System is a combination of our Helpdesk System

and our “Web-Based Fault Reporting and Management System” which

serves as the driving force in the core operation of the company. We

incorporate all means of communication available today to notify our

field service personnel, branch personnel and service agents at various

locations on equipment faults. With this On-Line Helpdesk System, we

ensure that our customers’ needs for technical support services are

attended to promptly as depicted below.

Delivering a reliable and responsive maintenance service has always been

our key emphasis in our business operation, which drives us to provide our

customers with an efficient Helpdesk System to manage and monitor

equipment breakdown, from which fault notifications from our customers

are channelled down to our Technical Support team and Branches

Complementing to the Helpdesk System described above is our “Web-

Based Fault Reporting and Management System”. Night Electronics

currently has a website on the internet at www.ne.com.my through

which our Web-Based Fault Reporting and Management System can be

accessed by our Helpdesk, our service personnel, our branches/service

centers as well as our customers. Since implemented, our Web-Based

Fault Reporting And Management System has played a vital role in the

efficiency of our maintenance services. Night Electronics main

Incorporating the Web Hosting technology, our “Web-Based Fault

Reporting and Management System” hosts a large database of our

customers records on maintenance and is constantly monitored and

updated by our Helpdesk System personnel. Customers who have

business relations or maintenance agreement with Night Electronics are

assigned an account through a User ID and password to access into our

Web-Based Fault Reporting And Management System. Fault reporting

can be done over-the-web and notifications of equipment fault are

channeled to our Helpdesk System instantaneously in real time.

Customers can also monitor fault status and view maintenance records

with detailed particulars as shown on the following page:

* Note: Upon login, CUSTOMERS will be able to view records for their organizations only and not

for other customers. This is to ensure that our customers’ records are kept confidential.

Once logged-in into the system, our customers can perform the

following:

1. “on-line” fault reporting by keying in fault details in the “virtual”

forms provided in the system.

2. Monitor fault status

3. Generate customized Fault Report

In addition, our customers can “zoom-in” further to view detail
