Basic Features Content

CO Line Access

Dialing CO access code. There are three kinds of CO access code.

• Individual CO line access code : 8801 (PGM107-BTN8)

• CO Line Group access code : 801 (PGM107-BTN11)

• Loop(1st CO Group) access code : 0 (PGM107-BTN12)

※ Each access code can be changed in the system numbering plan.

Assign LOOP button in any Flexible button on a Terminal

• [TRANS/PGM] + [Flexible BTN] + 8801 + [HOLD/SAVE]

※ To assign CO 1 LOOP button,

Ring Assignment 1/1

If there is an incoming call into the System the pre-assigned destination gets the call.

There are three types of ring assignment Station, Hunt Group or VMIB announcement.

- Ring Assign procedure for each station ( [TRANS/PGM] + * # + [TRANS/PGM] + ‘144’ ) + CO range + Ring type + ‘1’

+ STA range + Delay count + [HOLD/SAVE]

Ring type : F1-Day, F2-Night, F3-Weekend, F4-On-demand Delay count : 0~9 (about 3 sec/count)

- Ring Assign procedure for hunt group ( [TRANS/PGM] + * # + [TRANS/PGM] + ‘144’ ) + CO range + Ring type + ‘2’ + Hunt Group No + [HOLD/SAVE]

Ring type : F1-Day, F2-Night, F3-Weekend, F4-On-demand - Ring Assign procedure for VMIB ( [TRANS/PGM] + * # + [TRANS/PGM] + ‘144’ ) + CO range + Ring type + ‘3’ + VMIB Greeting Message No.(00:Cancel, 01~70:Assign) + [HOLD/SAVE]

DescriptionA User can re-direct a incoming call from his STA to a alternative destination in the System.

Call forward types:

0 - Follow me1 - Unconditional2 - Busy 3 - No Answer 4 - Busy/No Answer 7 – Co to Co off net Call forward

Each Call Forward can have one of the following Destinations:

Authorization Code : PGM227(Authorization code should be registered to use Follow-me Call Forward.)

When a user move to another station, a call can be forwarded to the moved station from the original station.

Call Forward - Busy : When the user’s station is busy.

( “[MON] + [FWD] + 2 + Sta No, Group No, or # for VMIB”)

Call Forward - No Answer : If not answered within predefined ‘No Answer’ time.

( “[MON] + [FWD] + 3 + Sta No, Group No, or # for VMIB”)

Call Forward - Busy/No Answer : If not answered or busy.

( “[MON] + [FWD] + 4 + Sta No, Group No, or # for VMIB”)

Call Forward - Follow me : When a user moved to another station, a call can be forwarded to the moved station from the original station. ( “[MON] + [FWD] + 0 + Sta No + Auth Code”)

Authorization Code

The authorization code(Password) is used for giving limitation to

some cases

- CO Group Account / DISA Account code

- COS Down / COS Restore

- Walking COS

- Loop LCR Account
