Chkdsk and defrag File backup

– FTP– Remote Desktop– CD burning

Virus and spyware removal– Ad-aware– Stinger (or full McAfee)

Downloading drivers– Mozilla

Limitations

Prevents use as operating system– Reboots after 24 continuous hours– Limited to 6 simultaneous processes

Possible but not reliable to run from USB

Cannot read encrypted NTFS files
