Provided on-site technical support for both the EDS Northeast Regional Solution Center and Xerox Corporation.

Provided emergency response, root cause analysis, penetration testing, event correlation, and false/positive validation for Windows Server 2003, 2008 as well as Solaris servers at Xerox Datacenter.

Tested server builds to ensure application functionality. Provided desk side support for various engineering departments at Xerox Corporation. This included delivery and

setup of equipment to Xerox engineering staff. Created technical documentation for various desktop computer builds. Created desktop images using Ghost for Windows NT and XP builds. Troubleshoot and replace defective hardware such as hard drives, motherboards, memory, NIC and video cards. Troubleshoot OS and application issues with Microsoft Windows NT, XP, 7 and Microsoft Office. Performed process improvement by analyzing Xerox trouble ticket patterns and formulated solutions for these re-

occurring tickets; documented new processes for the Help Desk to follow in order to reduce ticket escalations. Developed a technical mentoring program for the account Help Desk. This program paired an experienced Systems

Administrator with qualified Help Desk personnel in a shadowing program. This facilitated migrating individuals from the Help Desk into a Systems Administration position.

Assisted with the project plan to move an entire Xerox call center from their original center in Woodcliff to their new location in Henrietta, NY. The call center move was a coordinated effort with many teams and done in stages to allow the call center to remain functional while it was being moved.
