Minute of MorVolts board meeting,

Tuesday 16th March 2021, by Zoom

Present: Angus Robertson (Director), Nick Tordoff (Director), Lilia Dobrokhodova (Co-Secretary)

Apologies: Sarah Jones

Agenda and Minutes

1. Barr Hydro Project

Programme changes and approvals – None.

Finance and budget changes and approvals – approved the revised cash flow budget which has been reconciled to date

with the bank, to include the additional sum for this years GH Additional PI cover

Power House colour. Angus and Nick visited the site to check on concern the colour was too light and not as ordered. The

building is quite a light colour as per planning consent and as ordered, the texture in the external wall finish looks as though it may be smooth when roughened had been requested. Most of

the visual impact will tone down once the timber clad switch and transformer room is added so concluded that no need to make any changes now.

Risk mitigation and approvals – None.

MCDC Issues – None.

2. Transition to Operations – continued discussion on transition to operations and the items below. More decisions on this required.

Financial management

Operational management

Staffing

3. Community Issues – None.

4. MorVolts Corporate Finance. No issues. March management accounts presented to MCDC board and approved at MCDC March board meeting.

5. Corporate Risk. No change.

6. AOB

Minutes of this meeting and John Heaton’s minutes of the project meeting

were approved by the board at the end of the meeting and are available to

MCDC board members on request.
