We support people through individual packages of care and support. For example:

• Expert and accredited services for older people with a dementia; as well as high quality nursing care in communities designed to promote independence, dignity and choice

• Services for people with an acquired brain injury; people with a physical disability and for people with a neurological disability across a care pathway

• Registered independent hospitals which support people with long-term mental health needs and early onset /organic mental health needs in people under 65

• Care villages – purpose-built retirement villages for independent/assisted living

• Services for people with a learning disability (and accompanying complex needs) and services for people with autism through accommodation and support services and supported living pathways.
