Banner MeshPrinted Banner Mesh is a long lasting, high-quality mesh. It is our most popular product as it offers a premium finish with hemming and eyelets every 500mm (to all sides) to allow for maximum support during installation.

We use a 90% mesh, which allows around 10% air flow. To allow for longer lasting images, all our inks and materials are UV stabilised.

Vinyl PVCPrinted Vinyl PVC banners are a fantastic branding solution for any building site, event or anywhere else where advertising needs to stand out.

What makes Vinyl Banners so amazing is a sharper print reproduction of your image. Unlike Banner Mesh or Open Weave, the substrate is non-porous meaning a “what you see is what you get” result. The durability and fade resistance of the PVC Vinyl Banner means that it is long lasting, much longer than a printed paper alternative.

Vinyl Banners can be produced to any size or length but will not suit all applications because of wind loads. They are suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. To allow for longer lasting images, all our inks and materials are UV stabilised.

StickersBumperBumper Stickers are a popular promotional tool and come in the form of square or rectangular branded Stickers which are designed to be handed out individually. We offer a range of stock options for sticker printing, with durability ratings that range from 1 to 4 years of outdoor application.

ReversedReversed Stickers are stuck to the inside of a window but seen from the outside of the window. This product is typically used on storefronts and car windows. It is a great option for those who want to prolong the life of their sticker in places where windows are often exposed to water etc. It is also an effective option in places where the outside of windows is not easily accessed, such as higher stories.

Custom CutCustom Cut Stickers are an alternative to traditional Bumper Stickers when you need a printed sticker that isn’t a simple square or rectangular shape. We have a wide range of materials to choose from, each has slightly different print and durability characteristics. We recommend Open Weave Mesh if your site is situated in a high wind area. Supply logos as vector files – PDF, EPS or AI formats. All images supplied as high-resolution JPEG files at 10% of actual print size at 300dpi. All text via email or in a Word doc file.

Supplying Print Ready artwork (For Designers)

Create artwork in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw. Set artwork dimensions to 1/10 scale (10m = 1m). Maximum sizes:

No bleed or crop marks should be set. All colours to be set to CMYK (RGB or spot colours are not accepted) All images should be embedded into artwork as CMYK TIF files at a minimum of 300dpi and a maximum of 450dpi. Where possible crop the images to the desired size, avoid scaling of images in the artwork program. All text should be converted to paths/outlines or fonts provided with artwork. All vector logos should be pasted into the artwork (image based logo files are not accepted). Avoid using complex or multiple ‘effects’ on text or graphics. If effects are used, ‘flatten layers’ before saving PDF. All artwork should be saved and supplied as an editable PDF at a minimum of 300dpi if images are included, ensure all text is converted to outlines.

Whether you supply us with logos and images to produce a design for you, or provide ready to print artwork, please ensure you follow our guidelines to ensure we can get the best results for your project.
