Anti-Skimming Devices (ASD’s)SDI provides financial institutions with a very cost-effective solution that addresses today’s ATM skimming challenges, while maintaining maximum availability and convenience to their customers.

SDI’s ASD devices are compatible with most ATM manufacturers, and are a low-cost, quick to deploy solution that can be retrofitted on any age of ATMs. Installed across some of the nation’s leading banking institutions, SDI’s ASD use ambient light to detect foreign objects placed on the ATM. The ASD is also designed with multiple sensing abilities along with an option for radio frequency (RF) detection. Once a skimming device is detected, an alarm is activated, the ATM is shutdown and an e-mail or text is sent to the appropriate parties. SDI’s ASD provides historical reporting of all alarm activity, and has the ability to restart the device remotely.
