GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The tenderer are to visit the site and acquaint themselves with site conditions before quoting rates.

The arrangement for “ Wire Management " is to have prior approval of the Client.

The quoted rates shall remain firm during the entire currency of contract. No price variation for any causes whatsoever,

beading, cash cabin doors to be solid upto 3’0”ht with

2’x6” AC diffuser powder coated grill fitted below on

both faces of door, hinged on 3 nos. brass hinges as

required the cost shall include all fittings godrej SS

round locks, night latch for all cash cabin doors, door

closers etc. all as required. Partition will have provision

of 4”wide laminated skirting of different colour on both

sides and glass to be fixed with TW beading all

polished and finished to the satisfaction of architect/

official. All glass used to have ½” itching, ½” gap & ½”

Breakage and removal inside the toilet in Ground floor,

existing mosaic / tiles in wall & floor, GI & PVC pipes,

porcelain sanitary ware, brick partition, pcc in toilet

floor & wall tiles including fixtures, broken windows,

existing wiring, damp plaster removal, damp toilet wall,

dismantling of leaking, damaged CI sewage pipes, fresh

water tubes as required. Removal of broken and damage

doors, making new opening for doors as per direction or

for execution of the below mentioned items of work to

the satisfaction of the Architect / official including

removal of all rubbish collected both inside and outside

to CMC approved dumping ground.

Providing and laying P.C.C. inside the building after

removing damaged and cracked portions at various

heights and levels in the toilets as required to prepare

for laying of fixtures slope correction as required and

using 1:1 ½:3 aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Applying water proofing agents on the mother slab and

upto 1’0” in the wall in proportion as recommended by

the manufacturer such as ROFF, Dr Fixit or equiv.

After applying holding of water in the form of a bund

for few days and checking for water leakages, mending

good all damages and defects if any to the complete

satisfaction of Architect / official.

Supply, fitting, fixing of cast iron soil pipe conforming

to IS: 3989/1970 and IS: 1929/1964 at any height with

bobbins, nails etc. including making holes in the wall,

floor etc. and cutting trenches etc. in any floor through

masonry concrete if necessary and mending good

damages with necessary jointing materials and painting

two coats on the exposed surface with approved paint.

It should also consist of bent with door, T, Y, angle,

traps flat and round type with or without inlet receiving

caps wherever required, extension pipes (connector),

vent cowl, aluminium round grating as require etc. The

pipes and accessories to be join by cement mortar 1:3.

Price per running length of pipe should include the cost

of accessories as and where required, work to be done

at any height to the complete satisfaction of the
