EY + Jr Primary students= Pick up procedures for the parents of younger students has been sent already and will be outlined in the newsletter. Please remind teachers It would be helpful if teachers of Early Years, Year 1 and Year 2 teachers explain the transitions with their students before the event. *ATTENTION TEACHERS* The old Primary art room will be used as a quiet room for students. Early Years, Grade 1 and 2 students not picked up by parents by 2.15 will come here. The room will have board games and drawing materials for students who are overwhelmed by the event and need time out. Particularly those without parents on site. Specialists and LS will be rostered on to supervise this room from 2.00-3.30 pm (end of school day). Student Stall Roster From 2:30-4:30 p.m. there will be stalls run by the students and parents. These will all be in the HoS and on the Field. The student games and stalls can be set up starting after 1:45pm by the students with parents or teachers. Parents are asked to organise equipment for these stalls and organise a staffing roster using students and/or parents. It is suggested that you have 30 minute shifts. The gong will be rung at 30 minute intervals to let students know when to change shifts. It is imperative shift changes happen quickly when the gong sounds. It is suggested that you entrust your parents to make sure there is always someone on your stall. Price of games Student stalls need a set price for participation and/or purchase.
