RESORT AMENITIES:

1. Air conditioned rooms w/ individual toilet & bath w/ water heater.2. Mid-sized swimming pool.3. Access to the beach which is just a few steps away.4. Cabaña for dining and other activities. The cabaña is provided w/ a TV set. 5. Kitchen for the guests’ own cooking.A refrigerator , gas stove and rice cooker is provided. Kitchen

wares are also provided to free the guests from bringing these bulky stuffs. Guest should bring their own food and drinks, Plates, Glasses ,spoon & fork.

6. Grilling area.

PAYMENT TERMS ; ( Please notify us first before making a deposit.)1. Payment shall be 50% deposit of the total amount upon confirmation of this quotation/contract. Please

make a deposit to the account of Ms. Nancy S. Bellosillo, c/a 006895-0020-87, BPI Family Bank .2. Acknowledgement receipt will be sent through email. 3. Balance of 50% to be paid upon check-in. Please bring the acknowledgement receipt and the signed

contract upon check in.

Rules, Regulations and other conditions:1. Check-in time of 1:00pm and check out-time of 11:00am. Guests are requested to observe these

hours as they might be other guests still in the resort or other guests are about to check-in. 2. Wearing of proper swim wear while in the swimming pool is strictly required. Basketball shorts,

sandos, pants, t-shirts made in cotton materials is not allowed for use in the swimming pool.3. Guests are requested to bath first before jumping in to the pool specially if coming from the beach.

Likewise, before entering the rooms.4. The resort is a family oriented resort, heavy drinking and gambling is not allowed.5. Smoking inside the bedrooms and toilets are strictly prohibited.6. The resort is inside a residential subdivision, guests are requested to keep the music toned down

specially when using KARAOKE.7. As this is a private resort, only 1 or 2 housekeepers are in the resort. Guests are requested to return the

resort issued towels & blankets in the cabaña to facilitate check-out.8. Please observe resort cleanliness at all times, especially in the kitchen area. Wash all used kitchen wares

upon checking out. And all your trash properly disposed in a plastic garbage bag.( Provided)9. The private resort is situated in a 2,000 sq. mtrs property inside residential subdivision. The resort

owner and management are responsible only to the guests while inside its premises. 10. The resort is only a few meters away from the beach and does not provide lifeguard. All guests are

therefore advised to observe safety while in the beach. Dont let the children and other important things left unattended.
