Baldoria 2015 – A Dance Extravaganza at MAIMS Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies experienced two days of mind-blowing performances and fire setting dance routines as it celebrated Baldoria, its annual dance fest on 12 th & 13 th of March in the main auditorium with the event sponsored by Kingdom of Dreams, Ebay, DU beat, Live Wires, Magic Mantra, DCOP, The education Tree, Adventure Islands and many more. The event started off in the morning of 12 th of march with the inauguration ceremony showcasing the six national dance of India. This was followed by a few performances by a band called Bekaran, meaning infinite, and they stood true to their name. Their infinite music was like honey to the cars and left the audience filled with zest, enthusiasm and hunger for more. After a mesmerizing performances by Bekran, the dance groups of MAIMS, Bhangra Knights, took the stage and presented on amalgamation of the Indian and western dance, styles, adding to the zeal of the audience. A performance by three of the dancers from the movie “Anybody Can Dance” came shortly after the merger and left the audience star struck. Manan Sachdeva also made the crowd go wild with his dance as well as wrap. Then the group dance event began where stunning performances by many participants, had the judge, Manan Sachdeva, in a dilemma and made it hard to select a winner. The 1 st position was grabbed by a group called Zenith from Daulat Ram College and the 1 st and 2 nd runners upo being Sensation from Kirorimal College and SRCC respectively. Remarkable performances were also given by Misbah Group from Mata Sundri College and Maharaja Surajmal College. After the group dance event, began the solo dance event, where marvelous performances were given by talented individuals.First, the prelims were held where 8 entries were shortlisted and Mansi from SRCC bagged the first position, followed by Sonu from Kirorimal College and the third was a ties between Shivani from MAIMS and Chiranjit from Dayal Singh College. After the astounding and phenomenal performances, the events of the day came to a halt. The second day began with the street dance event which had two rounds – the choreography and the battle round. After sensational performances in both the rounds, Dayal Singh College took away the prize. Followed by the street dance event was the cypher event where the competitors had to battle each other one-on-one. The event was subdivided into four categories – popping one-on-one, breaking one-on-one, all styles one-on-one, breaking crew-on-crew. Prodigious dancers from all parts of the country had participated in the cipher event judged by Manan Sachdeva’s mentor.After these astonishing and exceptional performances, the annual dance fest Baldoria, was concluded leaving a mark on the audience’s minds and making the event memorable. Baldoria 2015 – A Dance Extravaganza at MAIMS Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies experienced two days of mind-blowing performances and fire setting dance routines as it

DU beat, Live Wires, Magic Mantra, DCOP, The education Tree, Adventure Islands and many more. The event started off in the morning of 12th of
