TheexactsamesahabimakesitclearthatthereisanafalprayerbeforemaghribsalahandhedidnotgiveanyexceptiontomaghribSalaahbutmuftitaqiusmaniusedahadeethnarratedbytheexactsamesahabiandgivesanexceptiontothemaghribsalaah.ItslikeJustifyingsomethingthathasnoproofanywhereandleavingoutsomethingthathasprooffromthesameproofthatonehaspresented.Thenafalbeforemaghribsalaahhasitsdaleelandthe4rakaatSunnatghairmuwakkadahasnodaleel.Thereisnoexceptionformaghribsalaahinthishadeethatallandthedaleelprovidedbyhimappliestothenafalbeforemaghribsalaahaswell.Itdoesnothaveanyexceptionformaghribsalaaheitherwhichnegatesthemajorityofthepositionofhanafifiqh.Allaahknowsbest.

Translation:Iftheentireclothingisimpure,ormostofitisimpure,i.elessthanaquarterofitispureandthebalanceofitisimpure,theninsuchacaseonecouldeitherofferthesalahwhilewearingthoseimpureclothesorREMOVETHECLOTHESANDOFFERTHESALAHWHILENAKED.However,itispreferabletooffertheSalahwiththeimpureclothes.BahishtiZewarPart2,NamazkiSharokaBayaan,Maslano.6

Thebrothersthatadheretothisbook,theysaytheirImaminPeripherals(Furoo'Masaail)isImamAbuHanifa,theysaytheproofofa(deobandi)muqallidisonlythesayingofhisImam(AbuHanifa)andthatBahishtiZevarisOneofthebestbooksonHanafifiqh.HowevertheabovereferenceofwomenprayingsalaahwhilenakedisnotmentionedanywherebyImamAbuHanifa(rahimahullah).Thisisnothanafifiqh,thisisnotwhatImamAbuHaneefaeversaidoreverwrote.ThisissueisalsonotmentionedanywhereintheQuranandSunnah.

ItshouldbenotedhoweverthatImamshaf'eehasmentionedasimilarfatwainHisKitaabulUmmbutitisnotendorsedandthemajorityoftheUlamadonotadheretothatfatwaofImamShaf'ee.
