Rasulullah SAW stands for : "Each child born in pure condition. Parents are responsible in making their children whether to be Jewish, Christian or a Zoroastrian." (Bukhari and Muslim).

"The hadith of At-Tirmidhi says: "There is nothing better giving from a father to his children than good morals.

Narrated by Aisha r.a.:One day the Prophet kissed Al-Hassan or Al-Hussein bin Ali, When the Aqra 'bin Habis At-Tamimiy were in his house. Said Aqra ': "O Messenger of Allah! I have ten children, but I have never kissed one of them. "He saw the Aqra 'then said:" Who does not love others will not be loved. "- (Meaning Al-Hadith Bukhari and Muslim)

Based on the discussion above, I can conclude that parents play an important role in the formation of children's character.

This is important because the formation of children's character begins within the family itself. Parents should correct themselves first, so that the children can emulate their behaviour and personality because they are the "role models" for their children. Home is a wonderful garden to build a good attitude, sublime and generous of the children "Home is Our Heaven".

Children are a trust from Allah S.W.T and it is part of the test from Allah S.W.T to the parents. As a test, the parents will be responsible toward building the child character to be a good person. The unfortunate thing is that people who have many children, but the children do not bring good to him in the afterlife.
