The Bag-in-Box SolutionBag-in-Box (BIB) for Post Mix is a packaging alternative to

traditional rigid containers. BIB has excellent environmental

credentials‒ as confirmed by Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) ‒ as

it is easier to transfer, store and dispose of in regular waste

collections. Rapak bag’s specialised film properties coupled

with Worldwide Dispensers’ custom dispensing and precision

moulding solutions offers an increased shelf-life to opened

products than traditional containers.

Fitments and Caps for Post MixWe offer various BIB dispensing options for Post Mix which includes our PCSS+, Unique Valve and Univalve connecting dispensers for dispensing syrup into Soda Fountain Machines.

Bags and Films for Post MixRapak offers a wide range of film options including MET/PET, EVOH+PE and DuraBev™ structures; and all are available in 7, 10, 12 and 19L sizes.

Autokap™ filling machinesRapak’s Autokap BIB series include manual, semi-automatic and fully automated multi-heads for filling fresh and stable, or sensitive liquids. Autokap can also be adapted (or modified) for hot fill and cold fill oil products. All fabricated components are made from stainless steel and engineering plastics. Rapak fillers have been designed to European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) standards; and they comply with EU Health and Safety work acts (e.g. noise level under 80 decibels). Rapak Autokap offers high speed filling, clean in place and an easy operator interface. Autokap gives the ability to adapt to a large suit of dispensing fitments and bag size changes are easy and simple to make.
