June 1, 2016 Dear Prospective Senior Parent / Guardian: It is the time of year to prepare for your child’s Senior Portrait for the 2016-2017 Brookfield East Yearbook. In order to complete the section on time and to include your student in the yearbook, we require that all seniors be professionally photographed. The delivery deadline that portraits must be received by Brookfield East is October 14th, 2016 at 3:15pm* Portrait specifications are attached. No hard copies / photographs will be accepted. Photos MUST be emailed to eastyearbook@elmbrookstudents.org If there is an issue regarding the emailing of photographs please email this email account and the yearbook staff will do our best to accommodate you. Due to deadline requirements from Jostens, our publishing company, we must adhere STRICTLY to this deadline. Please plan ahead! For the Class of 2016-2017's Senior Portraits we are excited to announce that Cilento Photography has been chosen as the preferred provider. Cilento photography offers many benefits including award winning photography, unparalleled service, Indoor & outdoor photography and an assortment of sessions and products. A complementary yearbook session is available to all students. Cilento’s Photography state-of-the-art studio can be reached at 262-734-1092. Seniors may also submit portraits for use in the senior section from a professional photographer of your choice, provided they meet our requirements (attached). If you use an alternative photographer. it is YOUR responsibility to share the photography specifications on the back of this letter with your photographer and to make sure that they submit your child's picture before! October 14th, 2016 at 3:15pm. Do not assume they have this information! We do NOT contact any other studios other than Cilento with our specifications. If the portrait submitted does not meet our specifications or is not received before October 14th, 2016 at 3:15pm, we will NOT be able to include your Preferred picture In the yearbook. Late submissions will result in your child's Infinite Campus picture being substituted for their senior portrait in the Yearbook. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! We highly suggest that you contact your photographer WELL IN ADVANCE as It may take them weeks and/or months to have a completed picture. It Is also YOUR responsibility to follow up with your photographer to make sure your picture was submitted to Brookfield East. Please do not call or e-mail us directly with questions, go through your photographer first and be patient If you do have a question. as we get numerous inquiries and are usually not able to respond to them until after October 26th.  Dear Parent/Guardians and Seniors:  As you look forward to graduation, we would like to help you preserve the memories of the friends and fun you've had over the years at Brookfield East.  We are offering seniors the chance to have their own personalized ad in Brookfield East's yearbook that can be customized with your pictures and text. High­resolution (300dpi) digital photos in jpg. format will be accepted by only via e­mail. If there is a issue regarding the emailing of photos  please email us at eastyearbook@elmbrookstudents.org and we will try to accommodate.  If Hard copies are submitted there is NO GUARANTEE they will or can be returned. Submitting hard copies is at your OWN RISK.  To guarantee a place for your Ad for Grad, the deadline for submitting your photos, text, and fee is Friday, October 14th, 2016. Any materials sent in after this date will only be included in the yearbook if space permits. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact eastyearbook@elmbrookstudents.org.
