BACWA Inc are pleased to announce a Public Auction and Club event at the Belmont RSL Club

22 Leake Street Belmont (Corner of Great Eastern Hwy) Viewing from 9am

Auction commences at 11am

Breakfast Bacon & Egg Rolls - $5 and Lunchtime Sausage Sizzle - $3 will be available for purchase. Alcohol soft drinks, tea and coffee will be available for sale. Please drink and drive responsibly.

Auction Rules * This public auction is being run and hosted by BACWA Inc. Members of the public and financial BACWA members may bid.

Please note all persons wishing to bid must obtain a valid bidders card and have complied with the bidder’s registration process. It is possible to apply to join BACWA Inc on the day but the membership approval process will not occur on the auction day.

* Bidders may be required to allow BACWA to take a photo-copy of a valid credit card and valid photo ID, preferably a current Western Australian drivers licence. Any bidder authorises BACWA to process their bidder invoice payment through our EFTPOS or internet banking platforms to secure full payment for monies owed at the conclusion of the auction, where BACWA solely decides that other forms of payment are unacceptable. This may occur where a person unknown to BACWA offers to pay via a cheque or other method.

* Whilst all care is taken, BACWA or the Auctioneer does not accept responsibility for items described incorrectly either in the auction listing or at the auction. Persons who wish to purchase items should take advantage of the 2 hours prior to the auction commencing to view and inspect desired items, and to obtain a bidder’s card.

* There will be NO Refunds or Returns. Items are sold-as-found. The auction is conducted on a buyer-beware or caveat emperor basis.

* Absentee bidders must lodge bids 24 hours prior to auction start, or alternatively we suggest if you cannot attend please arrange for a fellow bidder to bid on your behalf. If you accept the responsibility to bid on behalf of another person then it is YOUR responsibility to pay the bidder’s invoice at the end of the auction by COB Saturday October 7th 2017

* All items must be paid for and collected on the day unless won by an absentee bidder. Payment by cash or Eftpos preferred; however, cheques will be accepted with prior notification to BACWA auction co-ordinator (Geoff 0417 960 773).

* A 7.5% Buyers Premium will be added onto the total amount of purchase, e.g. winning bid of $100 will increase to $107.50. * No items are to be removed from Auction tables by bidders or members of the public in attendance. All paid for items will be

collected by a delegated BACWA assistant upon receipt of a PAID invoice, at the conclusion of the auction. * BACWA or the auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item listed for auction at any time before or during the sale. * Very few auction items have reserve prices. The reserve price is printed in the “Reserve” column of this catalogue. * An estimate has been supplied for each lot. This is only an estimate made by committee members, to the best of their

knowledge as to what the item would expect to fetch on the open market in the condition as listed. * The auctioneer or their delegate has the sole discretion to pass in an item as unsold, restart the auction or lot, or to refuse a

bid. * Belmont RSL is a licenced premise. Please obey Responsible Service of Alcohol instructions from the bar staff. * After the auction finishes the admin staff require 5 mins to finalise auction sheets and prepare invoices. We ask that you

follow admin instructions on the day as to where and when they request you queue for payment and then pickup of purchased items.
