This program starts our small and builds onto

to the basic calendar Right now we are covering:

Date Using a 100s chart

Odd & even patterns

Plane shapes multiples (skipcounting) money

Time & temperature coming soon.

Talk about math

Play mental math challenges and discuss how

you are solving a problem in your head.

Play math games I send home. They dont take

too much time about 10 minutes

Review material I send home and let me knowif your child is frustrated or confused.

writing instruction.

Learning how to read non-fiction material will

be a big focus this year.

Students are learning from reading not just

learning to read.
