READ THIS FIRST

Fabric Choices

Get fabric for $1.00 per yard at your local walmartAlmost any knit fabric will work.A Cotton Jersey Fabric is always a nice choice as well as interlock.If Fabric is 60 inches wide you can get 3 wraps out of it.

Get Fabric that has a width Stretch and not length stretch.(see Diagram at right)

SizeFor Sizes XS-XXL, 5 yards per wrap is NecessaryFor Plus Sizes, 6 Yards per wrap is Plenty.*Simply Trim and re-hem once you are accustomed to your wrap*

Attach Pocket (See Diagrams on next Page) **H o m e U s e r s : O p ti o n a l

1. Cut your Pocket pieces.With the two Larger Pocket Pieces, stack one on top of the other with the print/Face on the inside. Sew all of the way around (1 inch inseam), butleave a 2 inch gap for turning right side out. Repeat with Smaller Pocket pieces. See diagram for exact location of hole.

2. Sew closed:With the larger pocket piece, Turn Right side out and iron seams down flat. Sew the entire width of the fabric on the side that the hole is on ( inchinseam). Repeat step with smaller pocket piece. See diagram for complete description.

3. Position and sew Flap onto Wrap:On the side of the fabric as the hem (wrong side), Locate the tail. Locate the center of the end of the tail. From the center, measure 17 inches up theWrap. Mark. On the small pocket piece (or Flap piece), locate the center of the side with the seam. See Diagram. Pin to fabric as in diagram. Sewone seam on the top as shown in diagram. ( inch inseam)

4. Attach Pocket onto WrapPlace seamed side of larger fabric under the flap as far up as possible. Position it straight under the flap. Pin and sew all of theunsewn edges of pocket...including sides of flap ( inch inseam). See diagram.
