description

Slides from a presentation given by Peter Parkes and Corrine Thomas to a joint meeting of IIBA UK and PMI London branch on 2 October 2014. PMI has produced several research papers on the role of business analysis and collaborated with IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) on developing closer links between the roles. In this session Peter Parkes and Corrine Thomas present a short overview of results to date, look at responsibilities and overlaps of the two roles, focus on attitudes and behaviours and then lead in to a facilitated workshop where attendees explore issues and develop their own solutions.
