Notice is hereby given that the following Resolution au-thorizing expenditure of funds of the Branchport-Keuka Park Fire District for payment of the cost of replacement of emer-gency generators at both the Branchport and Keuka Park Fire Houses was unanimously adopted at the meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Branchport/Keuka Park Fire District on May 8, 2014 subject to the permissive Referendum thereon provided by statute.

Resolved First, that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Branchport-Keuka Park Fire District desires to expend from the Future Equipment Reserve Fund the sum not to exceed $55,000.00 and that monies up to such amount may be appro-

priated from such Fund for the emergency generator replace-ment at the Branchport and Keuka Park Fire Houses.

Resolved Second, that authorizing the appropriation of these expenditures from the Fu-ture Equipment Fund is subject to the Permissive Referendum procedures set forth in Subdi-vision 4 of Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law and in the absence of a Referendum Election as provided therein, this Resolution will be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.

Resolved Third, that the Board authorizes its Secretary to publish a notice containing this Resolution in compliance with subdivision 4 of Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law.
