MM in the consolidated;
Net Revenue: R$ 1,117.5 MM in the parent company, +20.8% vs 3Q11, and R$ 1,226.2
MM in the consolidated;
Gross Profit: R$ 251.2 MM in the parent company, +33.4% vs 3Q11, and R$ 292.2 MM in
the consolidated. Gross Margin in the parent company of 22.5%, +2.1 p.p.;
EBITDA: R$ 72.4 MM in the parent company, +20.1% vs 3Q12, and R$ 82.5 MM in the
consolidated;
Opening of 4 New Distribution Centers: Opening of 4 new Distribution Centers located in
the states of SP, RJ, MG and PE in October;
Evolution of the SINDEC Complaints Ratings: Reduction of 59% in 9M12 vs 9M11;

of 33.4% when compared to 3Q11. In the consolidated gross profit reached
R$ 292.2 million, representing a growth of 25.8%.

percentage points when compared to 3Q11. The consolidated gross margin was
23.8%, a growth of 1.6 percentage points.
