The customer service experience was beyond expectation. I had originally given a post box where the diamond could not be delivered. Samuel told me about this and helped me find a better location. He also gave me prompt updates and followed up to ensure that I receive the diamond without any problems. Excellent customer service and value.

Johnny went above and beyond to help with my diamond purchase. I was having difficulty locating a great diamond and had chosen several that Johnny was able to clearly communicate why they might not be the perfect fit. I wanted to make the purchase for mother's day and with just days away I was worried it would not happen. Johnny was able to locate me two diamonds that could be shipped fast enough, both of which were great choices. I chose one and Johnny not only made sure I got it the next day, he was able to handle a change of address minutes before the shipping service picked up the package.

The diamond I received was fantastic! Thank you Johnny!

I searched for almost 3 months for the perfect diamond. I went to almost every company on the internet that had loose diamonds. I was dismayed by how many companies were overpriced or, selling inferior diamonds. B2CJewels was outstanding. They had an exceptional staff and an enormous selection of diamonds. I obviously had my reservations about buying diamonds online but I did my homework. I watched video testimonials and read reviews and spent time checking credentials on their vast solitairey diamonds.

Although buying diamonds online sight unseen can seem to be a daunting task, the customer support via chat was invaluable. I was able to develop trust with Samuel and gain all the information and images I needed to make an informed decision. Samuel (and Johnny, Simon and Rio) were all able to answer my questions, give suggestions while understanding my desires so that I was not pressured one way or the other or up-sold into higher sales.
