The main aim of the project is to develop a Human resource

management system for the intranet automation of HR Software.

 Human resource management system provides the information

regarding the employees in the company.

 Maintaining Employees’ information manually is time consuming

 process.

  No security of data/information about the company, employees as

anyone can change the data/information in the registers easily.

There is a chance of mistakes in maintaining the information in

registers so accuracy of the data/information is suspected.
