Title : Sentence Construction

Guidelines :

i) Teacher will have to come out with relevant

questions for the pupils to answer before writing

the sentences.

ii) Teacher to ensure that pupils know how to use

the present perfect continuous tense correctly.

iii) For advanced pupils teacher should encourage

them to write interesting sentences using the

words provided in the boxes or words of their

own.

iv) For average pupils, teacher should ensure that

they have been taught subject verb agreement

and simple tenses effectively so that they can at

least construct basic meaningful sentences.

v) For under average pupils, teacher will have to

provide sentences with jumbled up words for

them to rearrange the word to make accurate

sentences.

vi) The more characters (people or animals) found

in the stimulus, the most sentences they can

construct in present continuous.

Guidelines :

i) Teacher asks pupils relevant questions about

the pictures and expects them to respond in

found in the notes given (for example present

tense or past tense)

iii) For advanced pupils, teacher should encourage

them to write interesting sentences at varied

length and add in their own vocabulary.
