Always take time for yourself, at least 10 minutes per day.
Be in the present: Watch the sun-rise and sun-set. Be with nature
Clap 20 times a day, in celebration. Clapping is a massage for the body.

Devote your time to prayer for 5 minutes every day. Prayer heals spiritual stress
Eat only fresh fruits, veggies, seeds and grains. Eat a 100% alkaline vegan diet
Forgive others, don't hold grudges and be tolerant -- not everyone is as capable as you.
