Code Adaptation for T24 compatibility. All batch jobs are made process using multithread concepts.

It’s Bilingual Banking Software developed by the company.

Onsite Project Details

I’ve been implementing the banking TBA Software “Bancmate” at various Branches of bellowed Banks which is based on SQL Server as a backend and PowerBuilder/VB as a front-end with Windows Platform:

1. Allahabad Bank.2. PNB & PNB HOUSING FINANCE LTD.3. Gramin Banks4. Vijaya Bank

Implementation & support provided for the following modules:

Saving Bank, Current Account, Overdraft Accounts, Loans & Deposits, Remittances, Bills .

In the above modules, it has been implemented onsite and support provided regarding the same.

Also training has been provided to the branch staff and IT-Department of the bank on the same.

My role in the software implementation and support

A) Implementation of Modules.1) Responsible to install the TBA software Bancmate at various Bank Branches.2) Modules - SB, CA, FD, Remittance, Loans, RD, Bills, etc.3) Giving training to branch employees and IT -Dept for the software handling regarding transactions, Opening of accounts, Reports to be taken, Backup, etc

B) Support:1) Online support to branches of Vijaya Bank and PNB all over India.2) Solutions to errors if any (Front-end as well as Back-end also).3) Solutions to the query been asked and could be solved on phone. If not, then personally visiting the branch and providing solutions.4) If issue is critical and could not be solved by helpdesk, then forwarding the details to development team with the probable Solution.5) Satisfying user's requirement for the software.
