• Prakruti is the typical feature of a person which decide
the health , body structure , features of a person.
• It is special feature of ayurveda which helps in telling
how to leave in daily life to avoid general health
problems or how to make yourself fit according to
changing climate .
• It also helps in clinical diagnosis of person.

It is decided at the the time fertilization .
When the sperm and ovum meets at that
time the dosha which is dominant
decides the prakruti of a person.
It remains constant for lifetime.
