Are there specificingredients we should stay away from or amounts of ingredients we should watch out for?

From an ayurvedic perspective, are there any drawbacksto using methods of birth control that prevent menstruation or, like in the case with some oral contraceptives, limit it to something like three times per year? Basicallyaside from the other risks that you mentioned, is there any other reason why we might not want to suppress the menstrual cycle?
