Turmeric magic - Good turmeric has antiseptic value, and is great on skin and for complexion.

Greengram cleanser - Powdered Greengram can be used as the best "soap" for bath.It cleanses, and even removes dead cells from the skin, thus leaving it supple & soft.

Wholesome Amla - Amla (gooseberry),used raw,in juice form,as chutney or in a sweet pickle form, give strength and immunity to body.

Cumin cure - Cumin(Jeera) adds flavour to food, as well as heals a bad throat or upset stomach, when boiled in water and sipped.

Keep emotions calm - Ayurveda tells you not to indulge in extreme negative emotions like anger & grief , when you are healing , when you want to stay healthy.

Hairfall - Dry & powder hibiscus flowers. Keep the powder in sunlight for a week and then mix with coconut oil and apply to the scalp - It is good as a cure for falling hair.

Get rid of Dandruff - Apply the juice of hibiscus leaves on the scalp and wash after 15 minutes - It is a very good cure for dandruff.

Drinking water - Drinking water before food helps to reduce weight. Drinking water after food helps to put on weight.
