Aim of life

Dharma/Righteousness : If we follow Ayurveda and Yoga’s rules and regulations, human being is

able to evolve to a higher level of moral, social and spiritual consciousness.

Arth/Wealth: By helping to stabilise the mind and body, Pranayam (breathing) and asana (postures)

allow the person the clarity of mind in help them achieve their financial independence and stability.

Sex/Desire: Even when involving acts of intimacy and conception, Yoga and Ayurveda plays a pivotal

role in creating the next generation of higher awareness contribution to the community.

Moksha/ Salvation : By study of Ayurveda and Yoga, human being can achieve materialistic happiness.

Ayurveda Tips

To keep your self healthy

Breakfast should be between 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. rich in carbohydrate and Vitamin C.

e.g. simply fruit juice, fruits and some sweet.

Lunch should be between 10 a.m. -12 noon. Rich in all protein, Vitamins, Carb and

Fat too. All tastes (Sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent and astringent) should be present

in Lunch and bit heavier than dinner. Breakfast should be heavier than Lunch.

Dinner should be between 5 p.m.-7p.m.(at least 2 hours gap between dinner and go

to bed).

There should be at least a four hour gap between two meals.

Fast one day a week . It helps to reduce toxins in body.@ Aum Yoga & Ayurveda

Yoga Tips

To maintain your health

Do each and every thing mindfully

Awake half an hour before the Sunrise.

Bath every day to create a sense of bodily freshness and energize yourself.

Sleep should be between 10 p.m.-5 a.m. Not too more and not too less than

6-8 hours at night.(For age group of 14-60 Years)

Try to learn proper exercises as per your constitution with help of your

yoga practitioner or Ayurveda practitioner.
