this Round Table discussion is a must.

Roundtable Format

Ground Rules – Your Job• Everyone Plays® – Everyone can, and needs to,

participate.• Balanced Teams – Every volunteer’s perspective is

valid. Share, be open, and work together.• Open Registration – Interest and enthusiasm are

the only criteria for participating.• Positive Coaching – Be encouraging of each other

and focus on the solution, not the problem.• Good Sportsmanship – Assume everyone is well

intentioned, give everyone their turn, be respectful. One speaker at a time!

• Player Development – Develop solutions to better AYSO!

Facilitator – My Job• Help you create a lists of important points. • Summarize the issues from time to time. • Get everyone involved – 100% participation.• Keep the focus on the topic.• Raise questions to bring out different

viewpoints. • Guide discussion, but not lead it. • Restate ideas to provide clarity. • Make the roundtable discussion fast paced,

highly productive and fun.
