1. INTRODUCTION
This catalog provides a list of the Axway product courses taught in the North America region by the Axway Customer Training Team.
Updates will be published throughout the year and will be available on the North America Training website. The latest schedule of public courses is also published on our website.
For further information or to register for a class, please contact Axway Customer Training at 1-877-543-7700 or send an e-mail to [email protected]. Payment options include wire, check, credit card, or pre-bill. Prices are subject to change.
All our classes are conducted under the Axway Training Terms and Conditions which is available for your review on our corporate website.
2. PUBLIC CLASSES:
Public classes are shared classes which are open for registration to any Axway customer and appear in our publicized Training Schedule on the North America Training website. Public classes are held virtually (real-time Virtual Instructor-Led Training). The cost is the same to the customer whether the class is held virtually or in an Axway-sponsored facility.
3. PRIVATE CLASSES:
Private classes are dedicated to a specific customer. Depending upon the customer’s preference, they can be held at the customer’s site, or can be held virtually. If the class is held at the customer’s site, the customer will be responsible for the Axway trainer’s travel and expenses.
4. PLANNING YOUR PRIVATE TRAINING
Because of the emphasis on hands-on exercises in most of our courses, we ask that your training facility, student computers, and training room network meet certain minimum technical standards. When we begin planning your private training, we will send you a set of guidelines. We will also send you a worksheet through which you can indicate the topics you want emphasized in your training.
