AWMI METALLICMISSIVES

In April at the Association of Steel Distributors spring conference, I had the pleasure of meeting Wayne Player, legendary golfer Gary Player’s son. His comments were focused on prioritizing time for us workaholics (I have NO IDEA who he was talking about…!) to take care of our health. I have a 65 year old friend who walked 6 miles the other day in the Florida humidity. I will confess after 24 months of working 18-20 hour days building my business, I’m pretty sure that would destroy me. But in truth, he’s right. We must take the time to keep our hearts and bodies in shape. This month, I’ve included his Dad’s “Ten Commandments” and a golf quote he

shared from Robin Williams. Enjoy your summer, and be safe and healthy.
