The Rules

1. The closing date for entries is 5pm on Wednesday 31st July 2019.

2. All entries must be from Venues of Excellence member venues. Please note that where you have multiple venues within membership, you may enter for each member venue.

3. Entries must be electronic and in one single document in either Microsoft Word or pdf format.

4. All questions must be answered in the appropriate text box. Text boxes can be expanded if necessary.

5. All entries will be automatically acknowledged on receipt.

6. Award winners will be announced at the Cook and Serve Challenge Awards Dinner on 26 th October 2019.

7. Short-listed and winning entries will be publicised.

8. By registering and completing an entry for the awards you agree to these terms and conditions.

Judging

All entries received by the deadline will be judged and a final short-list will be drawn up.

The judges will shortlist three finalists, these venues will then receive a site visit. Please do not submit any venue brochures or menus at this stage, the judges will source these from the shortlisted venues during their site visits.

Each finalist will receive one complimentary ticket to the dinner and awards event on the 26 th October 2019 when the winner will be announced.

Details of the dinner and awards will be uploaded to the Venues of Excellence Website, in the members area.
