It’s no-hassle hockey where and when you want it! For a small drop-in fee, you get 80 minutes of the best ice in Brooklyn, locker rooms, and shower facilities. No leagues to join! Men and women are welcome. Players should bring both dark and light jerseys.

All sessions (ages 18+) are “no-check” and limited to a maximum of 30 players. The fi rst two goalies are always free! Pucks will not be provided. Please bring your own. All evening sessions attracting more than 20 skaters will have an open hockeymonitortimingshiftsandmakingsureicetimeisequal.

how it works:You authorize regularly scheduled payments to be made from your Credit Card you provide us with. Your payments will be made automatically midway through the semester and proof of payment will appear on your statement. The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect for the entire semester. The Fall programs will be charged on November 11th, 2012. The Spring programs will be charged on April 8th, 2013.

Make-Up PolicyPer semester, students can make up three classes. All make up classes must be scheduled in advance and students will be placed in the appropriate age group and level, based on availability. There are no make ups the last week of classes and for special sessions (Holiday Camps, Clinics…).No make-ups for Sunday Funday Program.

Withdrawal PolicyRequestsforrefunds(notincludinga$50processing fee, membership fee, and any classes up to the date of cancellation) must be in writing.

Late Registration PolicyClass fees will be pro-rated for those that register after the third week.

Adult Hockey League

Aviator Sports and Events offers Adult Hockey Leagues every season, offering 10 regular seasongames.Toqualifyfortheplayoffs,your team must fi nish in the top 60% of your division. Sign up now as a team to assure your spot in the various leagues that Aviator has to offer. If you are an individual interested in signing up, please contact us in the offi ce for help in fi nding a spot on a team: 718-758-7554 or email us at hockey@aviatorsports.com. Space is limited!

Tier 1:This will be the most advanced division of hockey at Aviator Sports and Events Center. It will be most appropriate for competitive players with Division I, D-II, or D-III college experience or those who have some pro hockey experience. Games will be played on various nights 7:30pm to 12:30am. (Ages 18+)

Tier 2:This division will consist of players who have several years of experience playing competitive hockey. Participants will have experience at college club teams, high school and youth travel teams, or competitive adult leagues. It is appropriate for players who have profi cient skating, shooting, passing, and overall strategic skills. Games will be played various nights from 7:30pm to 12:30am. (Ages 18+)*ONLY 3 ‘A’ league caliber players per team

Tiers 3 & 4:These divisions will consist of average to above-average recreational players with previous experience in organized hockey. Players at this level understand the basic strategy and rules of the game and have adequatepuckhandling,shootingandpassingskills. Games will be played various nights from 7:30pm to 12:30am. (Ages 18+)*Only 1 ‘A’ league caliber player per team

Tiers 5 & 6:This division will consist of players that are either graduating from our Adult Learn-to-Play programs, have no or little experience in organized hockey, or coming from inline/roller hockey. The Aviator Developmental Division provides an atmosphere of learning, as well as the competitive spirit of the game of hockey. Games will be played on various nights from 7:30pm to 12:30am. (Ages 18+)

Youth How to Play

The Aviator Atoms program is for boys and girls (ages 4 to 15). This is a 10-week class with two classes to choose from. We offer a Tuesday afternoon and Saturday afternoon class. This program is for the player that has never played hockey but wants to progress into our in-house leagues.

Youth Hockey Program

Ages: 5-17 years old

Aviator Sports Hockey Program is for the House player ages 5 to 17. The In-House hockey program will consist of 1 practice and 1 game per week.

All practices will be 65 minutes and all games will be 60-80 minutes. Boys and girls who were born in the years 1995 through 2007 are eligible for the Youth House League which will encompass Mite through Midget levels.

Adult Open Hockey

It’s no-hassle hockey where and when you want it! For $20, you get 80 minutes of the best ice in Brooklyn, locker rooms, and shower facilities. No leagues to join! Men and women are welcome. Players should bring both dark and light jerseys. All sessions (ages 18+) are “no-check” and limited to a maximum of 30 players. The fi rst two goalies are always free! Pucks will not be provided. Please bring your own.

Aviator Sports Volleyball Club (ASVC) is a girl’s Junior Club Team that plays in the GEVA (Garden Empire Volleyball Association) Region of uSA Volleyball. We are dedicated to the development of Volleyball and life skill of our young athletes. Our club season begins with a parents information meeting in October, Try-outs in November and the club season running from December to the end of May. As a Nike Elite Club we have the backing from one of the biggies sporting companies to provide the girls in our club with the best product to perform at their highest ability.

The mechanics of the shot will be broken down.

Skills & Drills (9-12 Years)Class Time: Saturdays - 11am; Tuesdays 6pmThe curriculum for the Skills & Drills class is geared towards developing ball mastery in every situation. Players that know which move to make at any time are always in control during the game. With skill development comes confidence, which is a key factor in dominating your 1v1 position on the field. Players will learn the mechanics of the moves by muscle memory training but more importantly they will learn to judge game situation and make decision accordingly.

DTS Elite (10-14 Years)Class Time: Saturdays - 12pmPlayers will be systematically instructed how to move and feint with the ball from a fundamental to match related training conditions. Feinting moves are executed when an opponent is next to you, in front of you and moves to go around an opponent will be incorporated in this program. When completing this course, players are then able to develop their own style and gain confidence in their ball handling ability under pressure situations.

SoccerSummer, Spring, Winter or Fall – Aviator Sports and Events has a soccer program for you! We also feature Dutch Total Soccer training, based on the Dutch philosophy of coaching which is founded on the premise that the player’s ball control and tactical development will receive top priority in training.

DTS Speed & Agility (10-14 Years)Class Time: Saturdays - 1pmPlayers who need to work on their ball control and catching up to the speed of the game will round out their game in this class. Footwork on and off the ball and decision-making skills will be the focus of this class.

Aviator offers an adult lacrosse league for all skill levels. The league runs Friday nights and all players must have Aviator Memberships to play. This league will have referees, and stats will be kept during play.

Youth Flag Football League

The Aviator Sports and Event Center Youth Flag Football league is a part of the NFL FLAG Football program. NFL FLAG is the premier youth football league for boys and girls of ages 5-17. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.

Our full-sized state of the art outdoor turf fields will provide players an exceptional sports experience. The NFL FLAG Football program will be offered for the following age groups:

ADVenTuRe SuMMeR CAMPSWhere we combine fun and learning. Choose between instructional and recreational camps.

Adventure Camp

Ages 5-15 9:00am to 4:00pm (No restrictions on number of weeks, can register 1 to 9) Campers in this camp will enjoy ALL Aviator has to offer throughout their week. Activities include recreational gymnastics, recreational swimming, casual sports, rock climbing, sky jump, arts and crafts, team building activities, field trips, and theme days. This is ideal for a camper who wants a little bit of everything without the intensity of formal coaching or training.

Junior Camp

Ages 3-5 9:00am to 4:00pm. (No restrictions on number of weeks, can register 1 to 8). Campers still enjoy a varietyofuniqueactivitiesatAviatorSportssuchasswimming, gymnastics, rock climbing, art, and sports. This program does not participate in ice skating nor field trips. Its a great way to introduce your young camper to summer camp or prepare them for their first year at school.

Gymnastics Camp

Ages 5-15 Must Register for 1 full session (2 weeks). Instruction will consist of a beginners introduction to gymnastics which will include warm ups, stretching, tumbling, balancing, and trampoline. This is for beginners to gymnastics who seek formal introduction to the sport. Campers in this program will leave their Adventure Camp group for the duration of the program and return after their 2 weeks are over to their original groups. This program involves close to three hours of gymnastics instruction.

Skate Instruction Camp

Ages 5-15 (Must Register for 1 full session -2 weeks). Campers will work with our instructors and camp counselors to build confidence and knowledge on the ice. Working with instructors, our campers will build basic skills regarding ice skating as well as safety skills. Instruction will be for an hour a day and the campers will return to regular Adventure Camp activities and field trips after instruction.

Sports and Fitness Camp

Ages 5-15 (Must Register for 1 full session - 2 weeks). This is a general sports program designed to introduce campers to a wide range of sports, most of which are offered in more advanced forms here at Aviator Sports. Campers will receive instruction in basketball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, and various athletic skills/training. They will also recieve instruction in aerobics, nutrition, self esteem building and exercise. This program involves close to three hours of instruction.

Dance Camp

Ages 7-13 (Must Register for 1 full session - 3 weeks). Campers in our Dance program will meet with both our Dance Instructor and Camp staff to practice three weeks with various styles of dance. Aviator Camp Refund Policy

*A non-refundable $300 deposit is due at the time of registration. Payments are due in full on or before June 7th, 2013. Persons with balances after the deadline, are subject to cancellation.

*There are no refunds after June 7th, 2013. After June 7th, should you need to discontinue camp for any reason, Aviator Sports will retain your non-refundable $300 deposit. The remainder will be prorated and issued in the form of an Aviator credit.

*There are no make up days should your child be absent for any reason.

CenterstageThe Center Stage area can be set up with seating or festival style for concerts, festivals, food and craft fairs. The area can be combined with the outdoor bar, the compass rose area and event parts of the main building. The capacity for a festival style event is approximately 3,000 people.

Transportation during After School (regular school days)Transportation from your school to Aviator Sports during school days is already included unless otherwise informed. Both a professional driver and an Aviator Sports staff member rides the bus to ensure the safety of your child.

All buses will have an Aviator Staff person present during pickup unless otherwise informed.

Smaller Meeting & Party Rooms For meetings and gatherings of up to 50 guests, Aviator has smaller rooms, which can be reserved for Team-Building Sessions to Informative Company Policy Changes. Compass Rose

The expansive grassy area located in front of Aviator Sports and Events Center is known to guests as the “Compass Rose.” We host uniquefestivals,fairs,andcircusesthattakeplaceontheCompassRose throughout the year. The field is 300 ft wide by approximate 600 ft long with easy access to the main building, outside bar and outdoor playing fields. One of the largest open spaces in the area, it can be used for sporting events, festivals, group outings and picnics. You can also book this area for your own group event!

Outdoor Bar

The outdoor bar is open to the public on the weekends from May until September. It is a full-service bar with TVs, music, picnic tables and food available.
