Thank you for your patience and understanding as we improve stu-dent safety and traffic flow by implementing a new parking lot drop off and pick up procedure. While traffic flow has greatly improved, we still have encountered some unattended parked cars in the drop

off lane. Please do not park or leave your car for any reason in the drop off lane; we need to keep it flowing to avoid a back up. If you would like to park, please use a parking spot in one of our two parking lots or park near the sidewalk on the street. A huge thank you to Mrs. Boman who continues to escort students safely to and from their classrooms in the mornings and afternoons! Thank you for doing your part in keeping our students safe!

Riverview’s 6th Annual FREE Harvest Festival is Friday,

October 25th from 6pm-8pm! The Harvest Festival Committee would love your

donation of candy and/or small prizes for our event. Please bring them to the office by Friday 10/25.

Congratulations to Pranav, from Mrs. Townsend's class, who was selected as the winning artist in the Rancho Cordova Police Depart-ment’s coloring contest in honor of

K9 Zoe’s third birthday. Our School Resource Officer, Jason Winkel, will schedule Zoe’s birthday party later this month with ALL of our Kindergarten students. There were many outstanding submissions; the top 4 "featured artists" from each class are displayed them in the multi. We are very proud of our Rockets and the work they did!

Attention Families and Friends! We are looking for Category 2 cleared volunteers to help with parking and campus safety! Here are a few details: Crossing guard volunteers needed; 8:00-8:25 am or 2:35-2:55 pm (all volunteers must be cleared) Campus monitoring volunteers needed; 8:25-9:10 am or 1:37-2:37 pm (all volunteers must be cleared) If you would like to help with crossing guard, parking patrol, or campus monitoring before or after school, please let us know! Together we can provide a safe and friendly campus for our students and families!
