1. С какими инвесторами работать?

ПОДВОДНЫЙ МИР ВЕНЧУРНОГО ОКЕАНАУ медуз нет мозга, зато есть аж 24 глаза, расположенных по всему телу (за вами будет смотреть со всех сторон, больше гнобить ,чем создавать value компании). У медуз имеются стрекательные клетки, содержащие яд. Этот яд часто опасен для человека-основателя, а иногда и вовсе смертелен для стартапа. Медузы - это ангелы-мажоры, которые ничего кроме денег дать не могут, а добавочную стоимость бизнеса не создают. Обычно просят что-то в залог за деньги.

Черепахи не претерпели практически никаких изменений во внешнем виде со времен динозавров современного бизнеса. Они подразделяются на два подвида: а) стратеги и шансов на то, что они вам помогут и проинвестируют – очень мало, но зато можно у них получить обратную связь по вашей нише; б) непрофессиональные инвесторы, которые иногда могут сделать инвестицию в ИТ, они медлительны, не торопятся рисковать и инвестировать.

Акулы. Кровь – основной провокатор акул для нападения, им достаточно капли крови на тысячи литров воды, чтобы учуять жертву. Из-за агрессивного характера представители семейства серых акул иногда именуются как «акулы-гангстеры». Они хотят большую часть вашего бизнеса и часто ждут когда вы начнете тонуть, чтоб купить вас подешевле, по низкой оценке. Акулы, под видом защиты своих интересов, будут юридически максимально «отжимать» вас по правам – вплоть до возможности отстранения от операционной деятельности.

Такой страшный и кровожадный хищник как акула, ужасно боится дельфинов и, завидев их, старается убраться подальше. Дельфины стайные млекопитающие, которые, к тому же, довольно смышленые. Увидев агрессивно настроенную акулу, они тут же нападают на хищника целой стаей, не оставляя акуле никаких шансов на спасение. Даже один дельфин способен нанести акуле смертельный удар своим мощным носом и довольно сильной лобной частью. Дельфины защищаются отчаянно и, нанеся один удар, продолжают атаковать хищника до тех пор, пока вовсе не убьют. Если акуле повезёт, то она успеет уплыть. Если рядом с добычей акулы кружиться стайка дельфинов, то даже очень голодная акула предпочитает уплыть, нежели вступать с ними в бой. Нацелены выяснить чем они могут помочь бизнесу и помогают вам, независимо от того будет заключена сделка или нет. Всегда берут только миноритарную долю (5-30%).

Задача инвестора:• Уберечь от «дна смерти» («долина смерти») и привлечь деньги для

следующего раунда, используя свой нетворк и опыт. С кризисом второго раунда сегодня сталкиваются более 90% стартапов, включая и 73% стартапов, прошедших программы инкубации (Keith Teare).

• Исходя из своего опыта, он должен помочь вам выстроить финансовые и аудиторские блоки в компании - Corporate Governance;

• Помогать с контактами, партнерами, клиентами, а также поиском ключевых сотрудников ;
