When you commence your course or programme with Aventis School o Management, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the same upon theterms and conditions set out hereinater. These terms and conditions orm part o the conditions and acceptance or the programme.

1. Refund of Fees

1.1. Requestforcoursewithdrawalmustbemadeinwriting.Anyverbalrequestforwithdrawalfromthecourseshallnotbeentertained.ThestudentmustwriteintotheSeniorManager/ManagerofStudentServicestorequestforwithdrawalfromthecourse.

1.2. All application processing and membership entrance ees paid to Aventis School o Management are non-reundable. Only the paid course ees arereundable on the ollowing conditions:-

1.3. In the event that a company-sponsored student withdraws, the company is liable to pay any outstanding tuition ees.

1.4. ForinternationalstudentswhodonotmeettherequirementsofastudentspassapplicationandhavebeenrejectedbyImmigrationandCheckpointsAuthority(ICA) or a students pass, hal (50%) o their application processing ee shall be reunded

1.5. There will be no reund o course ees paid in the event o DEFERMENTregardlessofwhethertherequestmadeisPRIOR TO orAFTER the commencemento the course. The table under paragraph 1.2 is not applicable in the case o deerment.

1.6. No changes in ee instalment plans will be entertained.

1.7. In the event where a student applies or a study loan, the membership entrance and subscription ees must be paid PRIOR TO the application o the loan.

1.8. AnadministrativefeeofS$100.00(subjecttoprevailingGST)willbeleviedoneachlateinstalmentpayment.

1.9. The discretion or approving a reund o ees outside the tabulated conditions under paragraph 1.2 rests with the Institute. The Institutes decision is fnal.1.10. In the event o a withdrawal, the student remains liable or any outstanding ees.

1.11. A student remains liable or any remaining unpaid course ees ater a withdrawal where the student has signed up or the entire programme.

1.12. All approved reunds shall be made within ourteen (14) days rom the date o a letter o approval sent to the student.

2. Deerment o Application, Module or Course

2.1. DefermentisNOT APPLICABLE to international students.

2.2. Forlocalstudents,defermentofanapplication,moduleorcoursewillonlybeconsideredifitismadebeforethecommencementofthecourse.Defermentofa module will only be considered i it is made beore the commencement o that particular module.

2.3. DefermentofanapplicationormoduleisallowedonlyONCEuptothenextavailablecommencementdateofthecourse.DefermentofacourseisallowedonlyONCEuptoaMAXIMUM PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR,failingwhichtheapplicantwillbedeemedashavingwithdrawnfromthecourse.Defermentwill only be approved ater payment o outstanding ees (i any) has been made.

2.4. AllrequestsfordefermentPRIOR TO commencement o course must be made through the Change o Student Status Form and submitted to the Student ServicesUnit.Defermentthroughtelephonecallsoremailswillnotbeentertained.

2.5. The deerment policy applies or registered modules in the respective term. The student is liable or all ees payable or modules / courses that havecommenced beore the application or deerment (regardless o attendance).

2.6. Approval or deerment is at the sole discretion o the Institute. The Institutes decision is fnal.

2.7. When the student resumes the course / module, the student shall make payment o remodule ees, outstanding ees o uncompleted modules, as well asremaining course instalment payments (i any).
